Laguna Isles Clubhouse Rental Fees/Deposits and Other Charges:

Reservation fee is required in order to reserve the date and time of rental for the Clubhouse

 

  • RESERVATION/ADMINISTRATION FEE: A reservation/administration non-refundable fee of $50.00 will be paid by the Renter to reserve the Laguna Isles Clubhouse. The fee is due at the signing of this rental agreement (Check or money order only, payable to Laguna Isle Community Association, Inc,).
    The Association may cancel this rental agreement at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, acts of God, disaster or danger to Renter, guests or employees, determined by the Association at its sole discretion, and shall be held harmless in doing so. In the event the Association cancels the agreement, the reservation/ administration fee will be returned to the Renter 

    • Reservation fee is required in order to reserve the date and time of rental for the Clubhouse
  •  RENTAL FEE: A rental fee of $250.00 for the first 8 (eight) hours of rental will be charged to use the Laguna Isles Clubhouse (Check or money order only payable to Laguna Isle Community Association, Inc,). The fee must be paid at least ten (10) business days prior to the date of the event. If the fee is not paid 10 business days prior to the event, the reservation will be canceled and the Association will deny the Renter access to the clubhouse facilities.
  •  SECURITY DEPOSIT: A refundable Security Deposit of $400.00 is required to reserve the Laguna Isles Clubhouse (This must be a separate check or money order only payable to Laguna Isle Community Association, Inc.). This deposit must be received at least ten (10) business days prior to the date of the event. The fee will be returned to the Renter (subject to any offsets for damages or other charges in accordance with regulations) within 30 days of the event or within 30 days after cancellation by the Association or the Renter.
  •  Time frames on all events are followed per this Agreement. Renter is responsible for abiding by these time frames as the Association may have commitments for clubhouse prior to or following the arranged function. There may be a penalty charge of $100.00 if Renter stays sixty (60) minutes beyond contracted time and may be deducted from the deposit. Event time frame must be stipulated at time of reservation and cannot be longer than 8 hours including set-up and clean-up times. Additional one hour increments of rental beyond 8 (eight) hours may be purchased at $25 per hour. Rentals may not be extended beyond 12:00am.
  • If the Renter leaves trash or other items in or around the clubhouse or outside by the pool, aminimum of $100.00 may be deducted from the deposit.
